About PropVision: who reviews Bangalore projects

What we do

Buying a home is the biggest purchase most families make, and most of the information around it comes from people paid to sell. PropVision reviews Bangalore's residential projects from the buyer's side: the price against the locality, the approvals on file with K-RERA, livability, space efficiency and delivery risk. We cover more than 1,700 projects and update them as new filings and price sheets come in.

How we make money

PropVision is run by Wizva AI Innovations Pvt Ltd. Our co-founder Atul Anand is a RERA-registered real estate agent in Karnataka (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/AG/250920/006213). Reading our reviews is free, and buyers never pay us. When a buyer we introduce books a home, the builder pays us a commission. When a buyer takes a home loan through one of our partner lenders, the lender pays us a referral fee.

That income does not decide what a review says. We are building a platform for buyers, so every score comes from one published formula applied to the same data for every project. A builder cannot pay for a higher score or have a review taken down. If a project is overpriced or missing approvals, the review says so whether or not we work with that builder.
